To say this song has become an earworm doesn’t quite communicate the depth to which it has infiltrated my sick and twisted mind. I think earLEVIATHAN is nearer the mark. It’s made even more delicious with the addition of Russ Meyer visuals. I’m thinking this would be a worthy Rick-Roll successor. Imagine it, “You’ve Been Titty Roll’d!”

I have recently decided to renew my pursuit of a tattoo on my right arm. I’ve been contemplating one for a couple years and just haven’t made it a priority until now (i.e. I’m po’). I think I’ve finally settled on a subject… something Mucha -inspired and very much Art Nouveau . I want to include elements masculine and feminine. Ideally, it’d be a composite, starting at my shoulder and wrapping around to just above the elbow. If you’d like to contribute to the fund, you can click the paypal button below. There’s just something hypnotic about the neon polyester rhythms of these Italian disco divas. And anyone who can use Speedy Gonzales as a source of creative expression deserves some mad props!

I can’t stop singing this song, song, SONG! This catchy kitschy peppy pop wonder by Dutch group Teach-In won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1975, the year of my birth. Coincidence? Very likely.
